Arranging
complexity
down to
what matters
I design the systems other teams design in —
Agentforce, Prompt Builder, platform authoring.
Designing clarity through structure, systems, and human understanding.
Understand the system.
Enterprise challenges rarely exist in isolation. I begin by understanding the people, workflows, constraints, and relationships that shape a product.
Create structure.
Whether designing AI workflows, content platforms, or enterprise tools, I organize complexity into patterns that can scale across products, teams, and future use cases.
Find the essential.
Not every requirement deserves equal weight. I focus on identifying the decisions that matter most so teams can move forward with confidence.
Refine through collaboration.
Shipping quickly matters. So does avoiding future complexity. I work with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to find solutions that meet today’s needs without creating tomorrow’s problems.
Designing clarity for enterprise products.
For more than a decade, I've worked on products where complexity is unavoidable—enterprise platforms, content systems, AI authoring tools, and the foundations that other teams build upon. My role is to uncover the structure beneath that complexity and create experiences that feel clear, scalable, and intuitive.
I've always enjoyed ikebana, the Japanese art of flower arrangement. What I love most isn't the flowers—it's the structure behind them. The careful decisions about what stays, what goes, and how individual pieces work together. Designing enterprise products often feels the same way: finding the signal in the noise and creating clarity from complexity.
Several of the platform products I've helped shape have been featured in Salesforce Dreamforce keynotes and major conference announcements.
AI Experiences & Authoring Systems
Designing the infrastructure that helps people create, configure, and scale AI-powered experiences.
From Prompt Builder to emerging Agentforce experiences, I focus on making powerful AI capabilities understandable, trustworthy, and actionable for users.
Enterprise Platforms
Building the foundations that other teams build upon.
Experience Builder, CMS, and platform-level systems taught me how to design for long-term flexibility without sacrificing usability.
Content & Information Architecture
Organizing complex information into structures that people can navigate confidently.
Whether designing content systems, workflows, or AI-generated experiences, clarity starts with the right information model.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partnering across design, product, engineering, and leadership to align vision and execution.
The most impactful work rarely comes from a single discipline—it comes from shared understanding and collaboration.
